In general, I fix something like that by making a biscuit or you can call kneading : )Good luck my friend !
Someone needs to have a serious meow with the man. Kitty ocmfort is of utmost priority.
If Cats named things the situation would be different.
There's probably too much lumpy stuff inside!!
