Went to work yesterday morning as I have the last week and a half doing all I could to stay safe against a deadly virus. Got sent home in the afternoon by building security because there was an angry mob in the area looting and destroying property following the latest police killing in our state. Sigh. It was nice coming home to hug the boyz.

Update

Diego-San ate all his meals yesterday and was his cuddly self so I canceled his vet appointment. Thanks for all the positive thoughts that were sent his way...

Sick Boy

Diego-San isn’t feeling well again. He didn’t eat any of his meals yesterday. The soonest the vet can see him is Thursday. I’m doing my best to monitor him closely until then...

Theo raced down to greet me when I got home from the office yesterday. I guess someone missed me or he was expecting someone else.

I’m headed back to the office for the next couple of weeks although it is likely I’ll be returning to work from home after the two weeks are over. Finally, the boyz can get back to their normal routines.

New Faces

I’m trying to figure out what caused Diego-San to become constipated last week since this hasn’t been an issue before. It was probably a combination of not drinking enough water and getting sick of me being around 24/7. The vet mentioned he Diego-San seemed awfully glad to see her and staff.

Relieved

Theo is glad his brother is back and feeling better so he has someone to bug and chase around the house.

Update

The vet said Diego-San was constipated so he was given some ‘medicine’ to help with that along with an IV to get some fluids in him. When we got home he was much more energetic and himself.

Thanks for the positive thoughts...

Sad

Diego-San isn’t feeling well. He didn’t sleep upstairs with me like he has done every other night of our lives together. I went down to find him in the middle of the night an he was in the hallway on a mat. Today he didn’t eat anything. He has a vet appointment tomorrow morning...

Staff Meeting

The boyz provided updates to what they’ve been working on this week. Mostly disrupting every phone call or online video meeting including a statewide training I was presenting at yesterday where Diego-San got rave reviews for a couple of strategic on camera appearances.

Relocation

The hammock is now in the kitchen next to my work office space. Theo decided he would check out the new location. Verdict? A-OK.
