A Boy Can Dream
Every time I play my electric guitar a little extra loud and Diego-san gives me this look, I imagine he dreams the sound is the same one that would be if I were to purposely torture a certain tuxedo cat in our house.

Snowbird? Where?
It just keeps snowing here. Doesn't matter much to the boyz except: 1) they are tired the windows have remained closed for a very long time; 2) they hear some choice words and endure me stomping around the house throwing a hissy fit after I come in from shoveling for the 2,000 time.

Window of Opportunity
Those fancy windows in our roof? They are called skylights and some boyz know best how to enjoy them.

These Boots Aren't Made for Walking
Several years ago the city of St. Paul worked with area businesses to commission the placement of large Snoopys throughout town. Since that time other cities have done something similar using something iconic to that particular city. Cheyenne's version was big cowboy boots. So most of the photos I took of my little trip to Wyoming are of different large cowboy boots. I promise to move to the first city that places large cats all over town.

Moo
I told Theo about my trip to Wyoming. I told him if we lived out there we all could be cowboys. This was his best cow imitation.

He's Back
Spent a couple of days in Cheyenne, Wyoming on business. It was about 40 degrees warmer than Minnesota. It felt like 100 degrees. The boyz seemed to have survived just fine...

House Update
Other than losing a source of reliable heat and knowing when to expect the next meal to be served, Diego-san doesn't think things are that different during my absence. He's still in charge.

An Unfair Arrangement
Somebody not only had the audacity to wake up at 4 a.m. but then proceeded to break the news that he was off to the airport and wouldn't be home the next few days. Allegedly he arranged for someone to come over to feed meals and clean litter boxes, but the boys were clear to point out that not one of them ever shirks their duties...

Then He Went And Spoiled It All...
The boyz and I had a lot of quality time together this weekend. Then the suitcase came out... Diego-san, for one, clearly understands the implications of that...

Waxy Ears
I called Theo my little yoga boy. He spent the rest of the day trying to figure out why I called him Yogi Bear.

The Kitten Bowl
We had on the Kitten Bowl much of Sunday afternoon. I wouldn't characterize it as watching the Kitten Bowl most of the afternoon since I quickly found that the boyz were far more entertaining than those participating in the bowl game.
Diego-san surprised me however. He jumped off my lap and scampered over to the TV screen. There he began swatting at some of the kittens. He's never reacted to the TV before. He does like to sit in front of my big screen TV so I'm looking at him and not some old boring program.

Attention Deficit Re-ordered
Nothing more annoying than endless channel surfing so Thompson took matters into his own paw and seized control of the remote.
