My third season of curling began and we won our match 6-4. The first rock I threw was perfect, ended up just where my skip wanted it and led to us getting an early lead.Problem is given my rudimentary curling skills that probably means I won't throw a better rock all season and it's all downhill from here...

Wow, an American that curls! I don't think I have come across an American curler before, most non-Canadians look at us blankly when we speak of curling :)
My initiation to curling sort of started as a lark but I've really enjoyed learning and playing the game. It was the only thing I watched last winter olympics.
