Theo let me know the safest place to avoid the ghosts, goblins, and ghouls ringing our doorbell is the top of his bunk bed. I let him know it isn’t the safest place to avoid his sister who loves hopping above him to the window sill.

Conserving Body Heat

The crisp, cool fall air arrived last week. By the weekend all three of my housemates spent most of the early morning sleeping at the end of my bed. That was nice although it left me little wiggle room. I don’t remember them ever doing that last winter. Norma even slept some underneath the covers with me, reminding me of my dear Diego-San… Warmer weather arrives the beginning of this week.

Annual 2

Norma and Alias had their first annual physicals. I tried a different vet, a clinic I took Thompson to a couple of times to get a second opinion. This was a much better experience than Theo’s earlier in the week although poor Norma was clearly frightened and Alias bellowed in anger. Both checked out healthy.
