Norma’s favorite spot is the ledge next to the stairway. Diego-San loved to sit up there too, and I always tried to persuade him not to because at its highest it’s a good 10-12 foot drop to the bottom of the steps. Plenty high enough for an injury due to a mistimed leap up.
Norma’s taken it to a whole other level… she loves to hop across to the ledge on the other side.

Not too sure there is much you can do, but hope she grows bored
with that place and moves on to another :/

We used to dangle over our stairwell when we lived upstairs. The only one of us to fall was big Buddy Budd. Dad ran over to see if he was alright and he sauntered up the stairs saying "What are you worried about? I'm a cat who knows how to land on all fours"
That would make me nervous!
