Crisis
Theo finished his last meal a couple of hours ago. Now he can't comprehend why I don't understand that unless he gets food in the next few minutes, he's going to starve to death.

The past meal doesn't count any more, it's over. The next meal counts and it needs to be now! That's kitty thinking!
