The boyz are sending out a big thank you to Daisy the curly cat. After reading how much she and her brother Harley enjoy bonito flakes, I decided to try some. Not only for the boyz, but also for myself since being a fan of the TV show, "Iron Chef," I knew that Iron Chef Michiba used bonito flakes as a staple of many of his dishes.We got our first shipment of bonito this week and as soon as I opened the package all three boyz came into the kitchen with eyes wide open. I put a little in their dinner dishes and they couldn't snarf it down fast enough. I have yet to try using it in my cooking, but the boyz thank Daisy for introducing such a tasty treat into the house....
We MUST procure some of these gustatory delights. Immediately.
