I ride a
Genuine Buddy scooter during the summer. I try to ride it as often as I can to work. My roundtrip distance between home and work is about 40 miles. I've had this scooter since the summer of 2007 so hitting 25,000 miles is pretty impressive I think. (My standard joke is just think where I'd be if I hadn't taken any turns and had just gone in a straight line...) The scooter gets over 90 miles per gallon so it's probably paid itself off over the years...

ReplyDeleteWe have a "Stella Genuine" which is an Indian Vespa. It's exactly the same as the regular Vespa, but with a different name. It's mint green. We love it! My problem is I drive 100 miles a day so riding that would not be an option (I take the turnpike). My Harley, however, would work quite nicely.
