Thompson's Health Tip

Vertical resting isn't as relaxing as horizontal relaxing but it does require the use of a few different muscles.

  1. Thats good but don't be sitting on that hip too much. You'll end up wiht a scoliosis then you'll walk sideways like a crab.

  2. We think we prefer horizontal relaxing. Less stress on the ol' back. :)
