My Dream

I had a bizarre dream last night. I was out somewhere I didn't recognize and I had Theo with me. He wasn't in his carrier nor was he on a leash so I had to hold him in my arms.

There was a weather report of incoming severe weather so I started heading home. A very short time later it started to pour and with the rain came football sized hail. I quickly sought shelter underneath the big metal canopy that covers the pumps at gas stations.

Theo of course was a tad squirmy and became even more frightened at the sound of the hail hitting the metal above. I was strugging keeping him in my arms afraid he'd get loose and dash away in the rain. I was trying to figure out what I should do. That's when I woke up to find Diego-san sound asleep, snoring, and resting between my arm and my chest with most of his body snuggled up in my armpit area.

Hmmmmm.

  2. Well, I don't think rain or football sized hail is all that uncommon it Minnesota. At least, Eli says it is not. Then again, he say it stay frozen year round up there and I don't think that is true. My Bean says she always dream of having me with her when I sleep on her. And I do not think Theo would run out into the rain because I do not think he is that foolish.

    Dream dictionary says this:

To dream that you are caught in a hail storm, suggests that you are emotionally withdrawn. Some situation beyond your control is causing you to shut down emotionally.

To hear hail beating down on your roof, indicates that you are going through a period of difficult times.

I still think it has to do with you being in Minn-e-sota though.

  3. I think the dream means you will always be there to protect Theo.
