Leap year

I told Diego-san today is an extra day that only comes along once in four years. I advised him to make the most of it.  I'm not sure he's gonna do that.

Basement Boy

Yesterday it was sunny and unseasonably warm- forty degrees warmer than the same day last year. It felt like spring. And I spent most of the day in the basement watching TV. This perplexed Theo.

I'm not sure what Diego-san dislikes more about guitar practice. The awful racket or the fact not both he and the guitar can sit in my lap at the same time.

Theo has learned he can shut his eyes and not see me playing my guitar but he's unable to shut his ears to not hear me playing my guitar.

Stretch that Gam

As one gets older it's more and more important to periodically do some stretching exercises. This may take place even when you are napping with a brother.

A Lil Too Playful

It's already been a rough week for Theo. Both of his brothers have hissed at him. It's not unusual for his brothers to hiss at him but usually not both in the same week.

I told Diego-san I've been thinking of moving us to a condo somewhere either in downtown St. Paul or downtown Minneapolis. This might mean living in a tall building.  He started practicing to decide if he approves or not.

This is usually where I find Thompson and Diego-san when I'm just about to leave for work. It makes me envious.

Silent Song

I wrote my second song ever, inspired by a friend of mine. Diego-san thinks the next song should be about the joy of sitting in the sun. He also thinks the song doesn't need vocals or guitar playing.

Spaced Out

He's either got two conflicting ideas he's wrestling with in his head or no ideas whatsoever. That's what makes Theo, Theo.

This Look

This look means Thompson would like to sit on my lap.  I don't get this look often enough.

Cow Imitation

I told Theo all he needs is a white spot and he'd look just like a cow. He told me it would be simpler if he just wore my leather jacket.
