Cover Up
Recently this has been added to the end of Diego-san's nightly combing session. I don't think it is about being embarrassed about becoming slightly more naked, but rather it's because he gets a little riled up at how good the combing feels to him...

Mr. Dapper
I have the boyz's litter delivered by my grocery service. Last week they left the wrong brand (thankfully they refunded my money and let me keep what they left).
Yesterday I was walking through a house hallway and noticed a perfumey smell as Theo passed by. My first thought was he was experimenting with a new cologne. I asked him if that was the case and he gave me his ever cute and ever present blank look. Then it dawned on me the litter was scented and that was what my nose was picking up. We live such an exciting life.

Sofa Boyz
It's a good thing there are only three boyz in the house. If there were more, we'd have to buy a bigger couch.

Oldie But Goldie
This was one of the first pictures I took of Thompson and Diego-san when they first moved into my house in 2003. It's been a while since the two wrestled/snuggled like this...

Zen Master
Last week was the type of week that it warranted taking a moment to close our eyes, take a deep breath, live in the moment, and then move on. On to next week.

Cool Down
Our weather has turned decidedly sweltering- hot and extremely humid. It feels like we've been transported to downtown Manila. It's the type of weather a cold shower feels good. This is Thompson's version of that...

Too Many Compliments
I'm always telling Thompson how cute the little marking next to his nose is. I guess he's gotten self conscious and decided to cover it up in his photos with whatever he has available.

Sound Association
The late great Mr. Max used to come running into the kitchen every time he heard me opening a can of food. Only in the past couple of years have the boyz gotten canned food so they don't associate the can opening sound with an extra special meal like Max did. On top of that I think every sound Theo hears makes him think of food.

Not Just Another Dame
Theo was clearly bored by the Hedy Lamarr movie I was watching. Maybe he doesn't know that besides her stunning good looks, Ms. Lamarr's part in inventing spread spectrum technology "galvanized the digital communications boom, forming the technical backbone that makes cellular phones, fax machines and other wireless operations possible."

Just Another of My Many Flaws
Regular readers of the boyz's blog know quite well that I'm not much of a photographer. That said, even I have a hard time taking a bad picture of Thompson. He's an easy model. Diego-san on the other hand needs to be in the right light, and Theo is constantly moving so it's more difficult to photograph them well.
