That thing behind Diego-san?  It's the noisy sucky thing I use to clean up the area after Diego-san's nightly combing session. It really sucks. Diego-san apparently needs to grant me permission to use it however.

That's Not Theo

I've been cat sitting a couple of old friends this week. Theo's not as spacey looking twin, Marcel, and the ever friendly Bud. I used to cat sit Marcel, Bud, and their sister Marabou a couple of years back but then their humans decided to move to Africa. Marcel and Bud survived the long trip but Marabou ended up in a new home out east. Now the humans have moved back and this was my first chance to cat sit Marcel and Bud again. Bud is a sweety- immediately climbing on my lap and purring away. Marcel has the disadvantage of looking so much like Theo that I assume he'll act the same way. He snarled at me upon my first visit and still seems somewhat leery of me.

Pawfect

When you have a paw as big as a bear's paw, it can be used effectively for many things including resting your weary head.

In the far corner we have Theo, all 11 pounds of him.  In the center we have Thompson weighing in at 12 pounds. This should be exciting...

The One

There are many reasons Diego-san firmly believes he is the enlightened one of the household. Having his head bathed in sunlight is just one example.

Evidence

We always have suspected because of his boundless energy and love of the game 'fetch' that Theo must have some puppy blood in him.  Further verification is that the 'dog days' of summer seem to impact him more than his brothers...
