An Exciting Night

Theo was chasing Diego-san all around last night and when it came to be bedtime Diego clearly had had enough and just wanted to go to bed.  I scolded Theo and he clearly felt rebuked.  Pretty exciting events for one evening.

Personal Groomer

Diego-san gets combed every night before bed.  This is how he lets me know he's ready to be combed.  If I procrastinate too long he'll give me a verbal reminder as well.

Fighting Back or Fighting on Your Back

Diego-san can be a lazy fighter sometimes.  It's probably not a good strategy to fight while lying on your back.  I think in a way he is taunting Theo- something like fighting with one hand tied behind your back.

Diego-san shares something in common with my hats.  He likes to try to sit on the top of my head. I don't allow this and get a little cranky when he tries to claw his way up.  Here's his new strategy- sit next to my hats and I might choose him instead of them.

Theo Knows Best

Every night when Diego-san is quenching his thirst with a drink from the faucet in the upstairs bathroom, Theo sits forlornly on the toilet seat waiting his turn and waiting for me to pick him up and bring him over to the vanity. For whatever reason he doesn't feel he can make the jump from the toilet over to the vanity.  I've always thought he would have no problems if he attempted the jump since he daily makes jumps that are much higher.  After watching this video however maybe Theo knows when not to try something...

Unlike His Food Guy

I don't think Thompson will ever need sleeping aids.  The boy knows how to sleep with the best of them...

Theo is hoping that by nesting this softball, it will hatch and there will be a bunch of little balls born for him to swat around and chase.
