Diego-san had a followup vet appointment. It didn't go as well as expected. Part of his wound is still open so they put him on an antibiotic again. Meanwhile, Thompson took a nasty spill trying to jump up to the faucet for a drink. He doesn't appear to be in any pain but he's not moving much at all. Hopefully both return to good health soon...

Bless their little hearts. You may need to build a set of steps for Thompson since he has a challenging time getting around. I am sending purrs your way for both to improve in their health. It sucks when your beloved animals get old :(
It seems it is just one thing after another. All of mine in the house are between 7-8 years old, I do have one 14 y.o. and one who is a bit younger. I am not looking forward to the time they start having old-age problems.
