My friend T and I went to see Carrie Rodriquez perform last night. Rodriquez is a new artist whose music is sorta bluegrass/alt country/bluesy. She performed at the Varsity Theater in Minneapolis. I had never seen a show there before. It's kind of a unique place to see live music- there are sofas and chairs and tables to sit and watch and listen. All in all a fine evening.
